Information Collected Via Technology

As you navigate our Site, we will collect certain information automatically, including your Internet protocol address, browser type, and operating system. We also use Cookies and navigational data like Uniform Resource Locators (URLs) to gather information regarding the date and time of your visit and the information for which you searched and viewed. This type of information is collected to better understand how you use our website and to make it more useful to you.

An “Internet protocol address” or “IP Address” is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. In some cases, your IP Address stays the same from browser session to browser session; but if you use a consumer internet access provider, your IP Address probably varies from session to session. We track IP Addresses solely in conjunction with session cookies to analyze our web page flow.

“Cookies” are small pieces of information that a website sends to your computer’s hard drive while you are viewing a website. We may use both session Cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on the Site. Persistent Cookies can be removed by following Internet browser help file directions. If you choose to disable Cookies, some areas of the Site may not work properly.

We do not respond to browser-based “do not track” signals. Currently, we do not have any third-party sites who push content to our site.

We use Google Analytics and other third-party analytics on our site. Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google. Google Analytics and other third parties use cookies to collect anonymous traffic data to help us analyze how users use the website. The information generated by a cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google or other third parties on servers in the United States. Google and other third parties will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the site, compiling reports on site activity for us and providing other services relating to site activity and internet usage. Google and other third parties may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. By using the website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google and other third parties in the manner and for the purposes described in this policy. If you have concerns relating to the usage of Google Analytics, it is possible to block Google Analytics by installing a plug-in to your browser. A plug-in for the most common browsers can be found here: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

If you are using one of our apps from Salesforce AppExchange, we may be collecting data on how many active users in your org, your subscription package with the app, install date, provision date, and uninstall or expiry date. This data is critical and important to provision the license to your org and assign appropriate pricing packages.

By using the service, you are authorizing us to gather, parse, and retain data related to the provision of the service.
